Kemofarmacija regularly carries out surveys on the level of satisfaction of pharmacy customers with its services – it was rated excellent in the latest survey.

Several years ago, Kemofarmacija decided to supplement its core wholesale activity with a selection of new services for pharmacies that help pharmacists in their daily work. To optimise the ordering process, we have set up the Elona online portal, which is refreshed daily with product information and other content. 

We also publish the FarmaInfo monthly newsletter and the Receptum supplement containing current news, presentations of new medicines and other products and selected professional topics in printed form.  

The aim of all of our services for pharmacies is to facilitate and optimise the ordering process in pharmacies and to inform pharmaceutical professionals about the introduction of new medicines and other products to the Slovenian market, so that they can focus more closely on advising patients at their pharmacies.



As an important link in the healthcare supply chain, Kemofarmacija is a bridge between manufacturers and pharmacies. Similar to how we are designing new services for pharmacies, we are also offering additional services to our suppliers.  

In addition to our core activity (the distribution of medicinal products, medical devices and other products for supporting health), we further provide various logistical and marketing services for pharmaceutical companies and other suppliers.
